А VRIL это такая полуинопланетная, полумистическая муть, поисками которой занималось одноименное нацистское конспиративное общество в довоенное время. вы-тапки что думаете? нашли, сукины дети:

OMG! какой hoax! Эту "тему" надо было раскручивать сразу после победы над нацистской Германией. Вытаскивать людей, сажать конструкторов за доски, а магов - погружать в транс. Глядишь - в космос уже летали бы, что есть дури.

Я вот про что - может там натурализоваться? :)))
Или ну его - открыть оффшор там где потеплее.. Выпустить пару сотен паспортов, валютой сделать доллары американские... Ну и продавать чего-нить. Хоть интернет, хоть кокосы, хоть мулаток с близлежащих островов.
